Pastor Eric has been the Senior Pastor at Cedar Hill Baptist Church since July 26, 2009. This is his 20th year in pastoral ministry and has served churches in Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee. Pastor Eric is a graduate of Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri, and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Cordova, Tennessee. Pastor Eric married Melissa after meeting each other at Union University. Pastor Eric and Melissa have three sons; Seth, Andrew, and Luke and currently reside in the Cedar Hill community.

Gaye started working for Cedar Hill Baptist church in September in 2005. She has worked in church offices for the past twelve years in this role for the church. Before coming to Cedar Hill, Gaye had worked for churches in Jackson and Tullahoma in Tennessee. In 2008 she received her certification as a Ministry Assistant. Gaye does a variety of jobs around the church not limited to setting up PowerPoint slides, prepping notes for the Sunday Services, printing bulletins, keeping up with Sunday School attendance and church membership, as well as being open to help the other ministers in the church with whatever needs to be done. She is at the church from Monday through Thursday from 9-3pm.
